We're getting nostalgic for our 4th Birthday party, hosting a Back to the Future themed party, with 5 of our OG beers being brewed to their original recipe and gracing the Cellar Bar taps.
When we updated our Core Range last October, Fusami Victory was a particularly difficult beer to let go, and so we've decided to make it this month's limited release!
A hybrid style delivering all the things you know and love about an IPA (hops, hops and more hops) with the crisp, clean malt character of a Pilsner. The light body allows the hops to shine, delivering an array of tropical fruit, citrus and subtle grassy floral notes. A long time favourite at the brewery, this beer is a definitive crowd-pleaser.
