For the month of October, we give you Appalachian Mist. This tropical, juicy beer is our take on an East Coast style IPA. A generous dosing of flaked oats and wheat in addition to malted barley gives a smooth mouthfeel with loads of body and a pleasant haze, while dry-hopping with ridiculous amounts of big, fruit-forward American hops delivers intense aromatics and flavours of mango, apricot, grapefruit and citrus peel.
