Late last year, we embarked on a quest to create a perfectly balanced dry hopped sour. And this week we are stoked to finally bring it out in tinnies!

Mates, we give you Mango Mosaic Magic. We got scientific with this one. We split the brew; souring half and adding a truckload of mango, while fermenting the other half clean and giving it a healthy Mosaic dry hop. These were then blended, resulting in a flavour packed beer where the individual elements all shine through in complete harmony.
