Dark beer lovers, meet our Cowboy Coffee!
We've paired our Midnight Barley Cowboy Hopped Porter with dark rum and rich cold brew for an indulgent winter treat. Learn how to make it here:
WHAT YOU NEED:
1.5 Ounces of Rum (one shot)
3.5 Ounces of Midnight Barley Cowboy (3/4 glass)
3 Ounces Home made Cold Brew Coffee (two shots)
A substantial dollop of whipped cream
Grated Chocolate flakes
WHAT YOU DO:
In a shaker with ice, mix your home brew coffee with Rum and stir.
Strain the mixture to make sure the ice doesn’t carry through into the glass.
Slowly pour mixture into a pint size glass.
Directly pour the Midnight Cowboy over the mixture to allow substantial head to form.
Stir to combine gently so as to not disturb the beer’s carbonation.
With a whipped cream dispenser, twirl your preferred amount of whipped cream over the brew.
Grate some of your favourite Chocolate over the top and enjoy!
